Daniel, Gregory, Christine and Phil were GREAT to work with.They turned OUR design into a set of plans that included a number of custom features and turned the plans into a beautiful house that we couldn’t wait to get into.

The workmanship was top notch and we marvel at all the little touches that we occasionally see. If we were going to build another house D&G would get the job.

We closed escrow and moved in on Dec 23rd, two days before Christmas. What a great way to start the new year.

Phil and Chris Garrison were such a joy to work with! Their family work ethic is truly inspiring.  Gregory and Daniel were so helpful they listened to all our needs and wants and helped us in visualize our new home.  We were so impressed with the quality of their work and all of the options they offered us.  We would definitely recommend them to anyone!

We looked for a builder and found the best. God is good. Married 42 years in may we decided to buy property and build our dream home from scratch. We had an idea of what we wanted, but with the help of Chris and Phil  Garrison and their very talented boys Gregory and Daniel it turned out even better than what we imagined. Down to earth people with our best interests at heart . Our home is beautiful down to every detail. Phil is meticulous and makes sure everything is done to perfection. He would see things that  most builders would overlook. Nothing was done half way.  He says his name is on every home or business he builds and by golly its going to be done right.  Thank you PC DIVERSIFIED  we do love you all. And the bonus is we made lifelong friends because that’s just how wonderful this family is.
